Participation in the New Economy Club (NEC) and transactions facilitated by New Economy Club International (NECI) involve exposure to digital assets and cryptocurrency markets, which are inherently volatile and carry a degree of financial risk.
NEC is a voluntary association and does not operate as a financial services provider, investment advisor, or collective investment scheme. Membership contributions are used solely to enable group access to blockchain-based platforms such as Helping Hearts International (HHI) and to provide educational and onboarding support.
NECI (Pty) Ltd is a registered company in South Africa, serving only as a transaction facilitator. NECI does not hold or manage funds on behalf of members. It merely:
• Accepts R550 membership contributions,
• Converts funds to USDT on the Arbitrum network via licensed crypto exchanges,
• Facilitates token swaps on decentralized platforms such as Uniswap.
Once digital tokens are acquired, NECI’s role is complete. Ongoing participation in crypto-based programs, pool management, and payout distribution is handled solely by NEC (the Club). NEC does not promise, project, or guarantee any financial return or benefit.
Members must acknowledge and understand:
• All crypto participation involves risk, including potential loss of value.
• No income or profit is guaranteed.
• Token values and blockchain platforms are subject to market forces and external technology risks.
• Members are individually responsible for their own tax compliance and local legal obligations.
By participating in NEC or transacting via NECI, you confirm that you do so voluntarily, understand the nature of crypto-based ecosystems, and take full personal responsibility for your participation.
