1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation and membership in the New Economy Club (NEC). By joining NEC, you agree to comply fully with these Terms. NEC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms without prior notice.

2. Membership and Fees

• Membership requires a one-time, non-refundable entry fee of R550 per Pool Position.

• Members may purchase additional Pool Positions at their discretion to increase potential earnings.

• NEC does not charge monthly or recurring fees.

3. Participation and Earnings

• Members participate in structured blockchain-based community cycles.

• Earnings and rewards are delivered directly to the member’s global crypto debit card.

• NEC fully manages all blockchain transactions and related processes.

• Results and returns depend on community momentum and cannot be guaranteed. NEC does not promise specific returns or outcomes.

4. Risk and Responsibility

• Participation in blockchain and crypto-related opportunities involves inherent risks. Members acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these risks.

• NEC is not responsible for losses or damages incurred through membership or participation in the program.

5. Account Termination

• NEC reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships at any time for violations of these Terms, misconduct, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the NEC system.

• Upon termination, members forfeit any pending earnings or benefits.

6. Privacy and Data

• NEC respects member privacy. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• By joining NEC, you consent to the processing and handling of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments and Updates

• NEC may amend or update these Terms at its discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements on the NEC website.

• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• NEC, its affiliates, partners, and agents are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from membership, blockchain operations, or crypto market fluctuations.

• Members agree to indemnify NEC against claims or liabilities arising from their own actions.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of courts located in South Africa.
